Can rabbits eat watermelon?

Rabbits can eat watermelon! Many rabbits really enjoy having watermelon as a treat.

You should not give your rabbit too mush watermelon however, since it is very high in sugars.

Watermelon seeds cannot be eaten by rabbits, so If you do give your rabbit watermelon, make sure it is un-seeded, or you have removed the seeds.

You should make sure that you give your rabbits pieces of watermelon that they can easily eat, and are not big enough for them to walk over.  Watermelon juice is sticky, so if your rabbit gets the juice on its fur, it will stick together, and you will need to give your rabbit a bath to get it off.

You should not give your rabbit more then one square 2 inches buy 2 inches per week.
